Citesc și scriu de când mă știu. Bunicul meu m-a învățat literele pe când aveam vreo patru ani și jumătate, iar toată copilăria mi-am petrecut-o citind frenetic tot ce-mi pica în mână și ce găseam prin biblioteca lui sau prin cea de la școală. Vreo trei decenii mai târziu, băiețelul meu de 2 ani și jumătate (care poartă, de fapt, numele bunicului ce mi-a hrănit dragostea pentru cărți și scris) îmi calcă pe urme și îmi comandă des și autoritar ”Să țitiiiim! Să țitim, să țitim cărți!” – după care se aruncă pe canapea vehement cu o carte sau două pe care le-a ales din bibliotecă, mi le împinge în fața ochilor și mă anunță și ce pagini nu am voie să ratez: ”Începem întâi cu mașinile. Să citim și pagina cu inundația. Și cea cu șantierul. Și aia cu bărcile! Apoi vedem ce a făcut castorul.”
Aș minți dacă aș spune că întotdeauna a fost așa. Unii copii sunt atrași de cărți încă de când sunt bebeluși (dau paginile, le rod, îi calmează să stea în brațele părinților și să asculte povești), însă la Mircea interesul a venit, brusc și puternic, undeva pe la un an și jumătate. Până atunci nu avea răbdare să îi citesc, cobora din brațele mele și voia să se joace sau să exploreze, împingea cartea mai încolo și alegea niște cuburi sau plastilină – însă cărțile au fost mereu în jurul lui, ne-a văzut pe mine și pe Dorin citind, iar în rutina de seară mereu apărea și câte o carte simpatică. La un moment dat, pe la 18 luni, a început să ceară o carte cu excavatoare și buldozere – iar de atunci nu trece nicio zi fără citit, pardon, ”țitit”.
Mai jos vă las 5 cărți pentru copii mici (1-4 ani), toate de la Editura Casa, care sunt foarte iubite de Mircea în perioada asta (una dintre ele, o să vedeți, mi se pare foarte neașteptat că îi place ATÂT de mult). Iar la finalul articolului veți găsi și o listă de cumpărături cu alte 15 cărți pentru copii, tot de la Editura Casa, pe care le recomand din toată inima – pe unele le avem, pe altele le-am descoperit prin vizite la alți părinți sau prin librării și târguri și au intrat pe Wishlist-ul nostru.

1. Excavatoare, tractoare și alte mașini mari. Cartea mea cu vehicule.
Încep cu ”creme de la creme”, cea mai grozavă carte cu vehicule și utilaje pe care am ținut-o vreodată în mâini, după care Mircea este leșinat și pe care deja încep să o învăț pe dinafară (dacă îmi dați un test de autodictare prin octombrie, sigur îl trec cu brio). ”Excavatoare, tractoare și alte mașini mari. Cartea mea cu vehicule” de Wolfgang Metzger este o carte super-detaliată pentru copiii care iubesc mașinile mari și impunătoare, pentru că oferă informații despre șantiere și utilajele de construcție întâlnite acolo, despre autostrăzi și felul în care sunt ridicate, despre mașinile care se folosesc de obicei la fermă, despre ce vehicule asigură curățenia orașului sau cum arată și cum funcționează o stație de pompieri și un aeroport.
Cartea este cartonată, groasă și măricică (un pic mai mare decât cărțile clasice din seria Junior ”De ce? De ce? De ce?” de la Editura Casa), ușor de ținut în mâini și cu text puțin pe fiecare pagină – ceea ce mi se pare minunat mai ales pentru copiii mai mici, care nu se pot concentra pe o poveste foarte lungă. Însă ceea ce îmi place mult la această carte sunt ilustrațiile și frumusețea detaliilor – aici îmi aduce aminte de cărțile ”Hoinari prin anotimpuri”, o altă serie-bijuterie de la Editura Casa, foarte iubită de toddleri. Fiecare pagină are zeci de detalii, în fiecare centimetru pătrat se întâmplă ceva, se ascunde o poveste, apare o informație sau un cuvânt nou.
Paginile preferate ale lui Mircea sunt, bineînțeles, cele cu șantiere, cele cu detaliile de la fermă și, mai nou, paginile cu inundația – i se pare fascinant felul în care pompierii vin cu utilajele lor și ajută fermierii și animalele să iasă din zona afectată de viitură. Iar vocabularul celor mici se dezvoltă vizibil după o experiență cu astfel de cărți pline de detalii – fiindcă peste tot este ceva nou de aflat și de învățat.

2. Știu să număr.
Aceasta este cartea de care credeam că Mircea nu va fi foarte interesat, pentru că este la etapa excavatoarelor, tractoarelor și rachetelor, însă wow, cât de mult am greșit! Probabil a ajutat mult faptul că zilele astea a făcut la grădiniță tot felul de activități cu numere și numărat – cert este că a făcut o mică obsesie pentru ”Știu să număr” și a ajuns pe noptiera noastră, ca să fie citită în fiecare seară. Sau, mai bine zis, ”numărată”, pentru că asta facem cu ea, numărăm încontinuu.
”Știu să număr” este o carte clasică din colecția Junior ”De ce? De ce? De ce?” de la Editura Casa destinată copiilor între 2-4 ani – și da, având în vedere că se orientează spre cifre și activități de numărare, nu cred că ar fi prins așa de bine dacă i-o ofeream lui Mircea atunci când era mai mic. Cartea are ilustrații frumoase, text puțin pe fiecare pagină, personaje și situații pe care copiii le întâlnesc recurent în viața de zi cu zi și bineînțeles multe clapete pe fiecare pagină (dacă sunteți familiari cu seria ”De ce? De ce? De ce?” atunci știți deja despre aceste faimoase clapete, bucuria celor mici, care le închid și deschid la nesfârșit).
Cartea propune joculețe care să îi îndemne pe cei mici să înțeleagă noțiunea de cifre, număratul, conceptele ”mai mult”, ”mai puțin” sau ordinea (primul, al doilea, al treilea etc). Preferata lui Mircea este pagina cu cei doi copii care se joacă la nisip – îi place să numere melcii, lopețile, stropitorile sau formele de plastic pentru nisip – dar și pagina cu discul care se învârte din fotografia de mai jos. Încă nu știe să rezolve exercițiul, însă îi place că poate învârti singur de disc astfel încât numărul bilelor pe care copilașii le au să se schimbe.

3. Carte puzzle La fermă.
Când Mircea avea un an a primit prima lui carte puzzle, luată de niște prieteni dintr-un supermarket. A fost atât de încântat de conceptul de carte puzzle încât timp de aproape 12 luni a răsfoit cartea aceea încontinuu, până când i-a căzut coperta, i s-au desprins paginile și s-au îndoit piesele de puzzle (nu pentru că ar fi fost bruscată, ci pentru că era folosită non-stop). Așa că tare m-am bucurat când am primit de la Editura Casa o altă carte puzzle pentru Mircea, La Fermă – dar să vedeți cât s-a bucurat el!
La Fermă este o carte cartonată despre viața de zi cu zi la fermă. Are 5 pagini și 10 piese mari de puzzle care pot fi puse, câte două, pe fiecare pagină, ilustrații frumoase și text puțin și simplu. Mi se pare ideală pentru copiii mici, chiar și pentru cei de un an, fiindcă imaginile sunt simple, cu mai puține detalii decât cele două cărți de mai sus și mai ușor de urmărit. Îmi place mult că fiecare pagină vine cu o propunere de activitate pentru cel mic: ”Vai, presa de balotat / Are un cauciuc desumflat! Poți să-i pui o roată nouă?” iar copilul trebuie să ia piesa de puzzle potrivită și să o fixeze la locul său, reparând astfel roata fermierului. Așadar vocabular, atenție, coordonare și motricitate fină cu aceeași carte!

4. Suflă, alină și pune un plasture!
Oh, ce bine ne-ar fi prins această carte când Mircea era mai mic și ura complet drumul la medicul de familie, mai ales când știa că urmează un vaccin. După multă pregătire, drumurile noastre la doctor sunt acum mult mai calme și cooperante, dar tot m-am bucurat de această carte care îi învață pe cei mici cum să fie empatici și blânzi, cum să aibă grijă de cineva care s-a lovit sau care are o durere – mai ales acum, că Mircea a început să îmi povestească despre colegii lui de la grădiniță, de cine îi place și cu cine vrea să se joace.
”Suflă, alină și pune un plasture!” de Henning Lohlein și Bernd Penners este o carte frumoasă, cartonată, în versuri, despre cum putem ajuta niște animăluțe care s-au lovit și cum le putem face să se simtă mai bine. Cartea vine cu 5 plasturi colorați incluși, pe care cei mici îi pot dezlipi și apoi aplica fix pe bubița sau lovitura animalului care suferă. Pagina preferată a lui Mircea este, bineînțeles, cea de mai jos, cu cățelușul care a călcat strâmb și acum îl doare lăbuța, dar și cu oița care a intrat într-o tufă plină de ghimpi țepoși – cred că rezonează cu ea, pentru că și lui i se întâmplă des să se zgârie în trandafiri când mergem la curte la bunicul.
Aș spune că este o carte pentru copii de la un an încolo, chiar dacă poate la acea vârstă nu vor putea să desprindă sau să aplice prea bine plasturii. Însă ilustrațiile frumoase, poeziile simple și ideea că pot ajuta cu generozitate și empatie îi vor atrage chiar dacă încă nu au împlinit 2 ani.

5. Pământul nostru.
Iată o carte din seria ”De ce? De ce? De ce?” adresată copiilor mai mari, de 4-7 ani, o serie cu text mai mult pe fiecare pagină și cu informații mai complexe, mai numeroase. În ”Pământul nostru”, copiii vor afla detalii despre planeta noastră, despre cum s-a format Terra, cum apar peisajele și ce sunt resursele minerale, dar descoperă și răspunsuri la întrebări pe care poate deja și le pun: ce înseamnă cutremurele, ce se ascunde în apa mării și oare ce de nu trăiesc papagali în România (asta e o întrebare pe care eu chiar am primit-o, la momentul respectiv nu am știut să răspund, noroc cu cartea).
Ca și seria ”De ce? De ce? De ce?” Junior, și seria pentru copii mai mari are ilustrații foarte atent gândite și faimoasele clapete – deocamdată Mircea mi se pare prea mic pentru a înțelege sau a urmări explicațiile de acolo până la capăt, însă îi place mult să urmărească imaginile, să ridice clapetele și să discutăm împreună despre ce vede prin carte. De cele mai multe ori, eu mă ajut de informațiile de acolo pentru a-i oferi lui o variantă mai simplă și mai ușor de urmărit a explicațiilor.

- Hoinari prin anotimpuri.
Cred că nu este casă de toddleri în care să nu văd măcar o carte din seria ”Hoinari prin anotimpuri” – și înțeleg de ce, sunt atrăgătoare, captivante, iar cei mici pot descoperi mereu povești noi în multitudinea de detalii. Vă las aici link direct către toată colecția – vedeți că există și cărți de colorat, dar și o carte rară, dar extrem de frumoasă acolo: ”Hoinari prin anotimpuri. Noaptea”.
- Bobiță și Buburuză.
Mircea are 5-10 minute pe zi în care se poate uita la desene, iar într-o zi a cerut să îi vadă pe Bobiță și Buburuză (nu mă întrebați de unde știe de ei, că eu habar n-aveam cine sunt până recent). De atunci a rămas cu un mare drag pentru cei doi, iar eu mi-am pus pe Wishlist ”Bobiță și Buburuză în aer”, ”Bobiță și Buburuză construiesc” și ”Bobiță și Buburuză grădinăresc”.
- Să strângem gunoiul!
O carte din seria Junior ”De ce? De ce? De ce?” pe care am citit-o frenetic într-o perioadă în care Mircea voia să se facă gunoier, ”Să strângem gunoiul” prezintă o zi din viața lui Mihai, un gunoier simpatic și harnic. Cei mici află despre cum arată și cum funcționează o mașină de gunoi, cum arată un centru de colectare a deșeurilor, ce înseamnă reciclare și cum se curăță străzile unui oraș.
- Mă spăl pe dinți, folosesc olița.
Una dintre cărțile care pe noi ne-au ajutat la trecerea de la scutec la toaletă, ”Mă spăl pe dinți, folosesc olița” prezintă o familie cu doi copii și ritualurile lor zilnice de la baie. Cei doi fac pipi la oliță sau la veceu, cu ajutorul unui reductor, se spală pe dinți și pe față, spală mâinile înainte de masă, își piaptănă părul sau merg la frizer cu mama lor când vine momentul să se tundă.
- Dinozaurii.
Mircea a avut o fază cu dinozaurii la un moment dat (ce toddler NU are o fază cu dinozaurii la un moment dat, vreau să știu), iar această carte i-a plăcut mult de tot. Cred că este una dintre cărțile cu cele mai simpatice clapete din această serie, eu îl speriam pe Mircul și imitam toți dinozaurii din carte, spre marea lui plăcere.
- Ce culoare este aceasta?
Am citit cartea aceasta într-un restaurant (făcea parte din biblioteca pentru copii a locului respectiv) și mi-a plăcut mult felul în care prezenta culorile pentru cei mici. Pe atunci Mircea avea sub 2 ani și era la faza în care încă le învăța și nu le pronunța bine (spunea ”bo” la roșu și ”badin” la galben), așa că i-a plăcut mult să o frunzărim și să îi ridicăm clapetele. Acum cred că nu l-ar mai interesa subiectul, dar dacă aveți copii mai mici sau care încă învață diferențele între culori, ”Ce culoare este aceasta?” este perfectă.
- Vehicule de urgență.
Nu o avem, dar după succesul paginilor cu pompieri, incendii și inundații din cartea ”Excavatoare, tractoare și alte mașini”, clar o vom comanda. Înțeleg că piticii învață despre ambulanțe, mașini de poliție sau de pompieri, dar și de alte vehicule de intervenție și felul în care restul șoferilor trebuie să le ajute în trafic.
- Forme și contraste.
Am luat-o la întâmplare pentru că mi se părea că Mircea este prea mic ca să fie interesat de geometrie, dar se pare că niciodată nu trebuie să subestimezi un copil de doi ani și jumătate. Cel mic a învățat cu plăcere despre cerc, pătrat, dreptunghi, romb, hexagon și încă citește cu drag această carte, chiar și acum, că știe formele geometrice.
- Cine locuiește în grădină.
Dacă locuiți la curte sau dacă celor mici le place să își viziteze rudele de la țară, această carte frumoasă și superb ilustrată nu trebuie să vă lipsească. Copiii învață despre plantele și animalele dintr-o grădină, despre cum se îngrijesc florile și despre cum să ne comportăm cu animalele care locuiesc chiar lângă noi.
- Conni merge la grădiniță.
Poate ar fi cazul să las deoparte puțin seria ”De ce? De ce? De ce?” (e greu, e foarte greu) și să recomand și alte cărți. Primul gând merge către Conni, prietena lui Mircea, și spre cartea pentru care făcuse o mică obsesie când avea doi ani. ”Conni merge la grădiniță” spune povestea primei zile la grădi pentru Conni, o fetiță care tocmai a împlinit trei ani. Mi-a plăcut mult că piticii află despre rutinele și regulile de la grădiniță, despre ce se întâmplă zi de zi acolo, despre prietenie, colegialitate și relația cu altă persoană de atașament în afară de mamă.
- Conni învață să meargă pe bicicletă.
Nu o avem, dar o avem în plan. Mircea adoră să meargă pe bicicletă, e mare vitezoman și cred că este momentul să aflăm mai multe despre biciclete și regulile de circulație aferente.
- Conni la coafor.
Nu o avem, dar am răsfoit-o și dacă vreau să reușesc să îi scurtez puțin părul lui Mircea cred că trebuie să o iau și să îl împrietenesc puțin cu ideea de frizer și stilist (pe care, deocamdată, îi urăște cu spume).
- Caută și găsește – Cum sărbătorim Crăciunul?
Spuneți-mi că NU doar eu mă gândesc deja la Crăciun? Anul acesta vom avea niște Sărbători cu un Mircea de aproape 3 ani, deci foarte conștient și atent, așa că mi-ar plăcea să îl pregătesc din timp pentru tot ce o să se întâmple și tot ce plănuim. ”Caută și găsește – Cum sărbătorim Crăciunul?” pare a fi perfectă pentru asta – și asemănătoare, ca stil, cu seria ”Hoinarii” care îi place atât de mult.
- Am ochi, mâini și burtică.
Am citit-o într-o vizită și, deși Mircea își cunoaște deja părțile corpului, aș vrea să o aibă și el, pentru că mi se pare important să trecem cu cei mici prin discuții legate de corpul lor, membre, organe, zone intime și felul în care adulții din jurul nostru pot să interacționeze cu noi, ce înseamnă atingere permisă, ce înseamnă atingere nepermisă. Pusă pe wishlist.
- Când animăluțele sunt obosite.
Oh, tare duioasă este această minunată carte de citit la somn, sub păturică, cu vocea joasă. Am avut luni întregi în care am fredonat în gând non-stop ”Dar când soarele-apune și luna răsare / Degrabă cu toții merg la culcare”, iar când vine vorba despre somn, Mircea mai degrabă vrea să vadă ce fac animalele, decât oamenii. V-o recomand din toată inima.

By his own admission, James Crombie knew “very, very little” about starlings before Covid-19 struck. An award-winning sports photographer by trade, his only previous encounter with the short-tailed birds occurred when one fell into his fireplace after attempting to nest in the chimney of his home in the Irish Midlands.

After a dramatic start to the year, the crypto industry is settling into a new reality — one in which the White House is laying out the red carpet and promising an unprecedented level of support.
Crypto, a roughly 15-year-old industry that’s largely operated on the fringes of finance, is at a crossroads. For years, it has blamed a hostile regulatory environment for not allowing it to unleash its supposedly revolutionary technology on Americans. Now, though, their favorite bogeyman, Gary Gensler, the Securities and Exchange Commission chief under President Joe Biden, is gone. Crypto cheerleaders have been installed throughout the government.
The SEC has dropped several enforcement cases against crypto companies and, starting Friday, is hosting a series of public roundtables “to discuss key areas of interest in the regulation of crypto assets.”
Under President Donald Trump, there’s virtually nothing stopping crypto companies from creating and selling their products.
At the same time, the same White House’s chaotic trade policy is undermining financial markets’ appetite for risk, leaving bitcoin in limbo, more than 20% off from its record high in January. And while the industry is grateful for all the attention, the White House’s embrace of some of crypto’s less savory aspects, like meme coins, has given serious investors pause.
Given the enormous potential for the $3 trillion industry in this moment, I checked in with Eswar Prasad, a Cornell University professor of international trade and the author of the 2021 book “The Future of Money,” about the forces disrupting financial technologies.
Fundamentally, Prasad brings a pragmatist’s view of crypto that is as refreshing as it is rare in a subject area that tends to attract zealots and loudmouths. We spoke over the phone shortly after the first-of-its-kind White House crypto summit earlier this month.
The following interview has been edited for length and clarity.
Nightcap: We just saw a pretty wild thing happen with the crypto summit — hard to imagine a scenario like that taking place under any previous administration. What were your takeaways?
Eswar Prasad: The crypto industry is kissing the ring, and I think it’s getting exactly what it wants from the Trump administration, which is the legitimacy provided by government oversight, coupled with what is almost certain to be quite light touch and non-inclusive regulation.
And I think we saw many of the major players in the crypto industry essentially using the opportunity to not just thank Trump, but try to make the point, which seemed to resonate with Trump, that this industry can power, in some sense, a resurgence of a certain part of the US economy.

The first time Beverly Carriveau saw Bob Parsons, she felt like a “thunderbolt” passed between them.

They’d never even visited Ecuador before, but Brittany and Blake Bowen, from the United States, decided to move to the South American country in 2021 to give their four children a completely different upbringing.
The Bowens, who were previously based in the state of Washington, have been living in Loja, a small city based in the southern section of the Andes Mountains, ever since, and say that they are in it for the long haul.
“We love this little country,” Brittany tells CNN Travel. “We hope that maybe we’ll have grandkids here one day.”
Before the move, the couple, who’ve been married for nearly 17 years, say that they were becoming increasingly concerned about the pressures placed on children by “modern American society” and wanted to try something new.
“We did not like what we’d seen develop over the course of the last couple decades…” adds Brittany, explaining that they felt that young people in the United States were becoming “more isolated.”
“We weren’t confident that our kids would enjoy the same sort of potential trajectory that previous generations had shared.
“And the more we considered things like that, the more we wondered, ‘Is that even what we want? Do we even want them to be on a fast track to the American Dream?”
The couple were also frustrated with living what they describe as the “standard American life.”
“Long commutes and never enough money,” says Blake. “All those usual problems… I was working in a career that was very time consuming, and took me away from home a lot. So we didn’t want that anymore.”

От обысков с пристрастием в 2023 году пострадали сотни пайщиков кооператива по всей России, на скамье подсудимых оказались ни в чем неповинные технические сотрудники – помощник руководителя, один из бухгалтеров, менеджер сайта и конференций, несколько индивидуальных предпринимателей, а также 83-летний отец основателя кооператива «Бест Вей» и бывшего руководителя компании «Лайф-из-гуд» Романа Василенко – пенсионер Виктор Иванович Василенко. На последние суды приходят все меньше и меньше свидетелей обвинения – под разными предлогами они отказываются, чтобы не поддерживать лживую версию следствия. Кооператив без вины виноватых Сергей Крючек возглавил крупнейший в России кооператив – 20 тыс. пайщиков во всех регионах страны – весной 2022 года, в период острого кризиса, после только что прошедшего первого обыска в офисе кооператива, в ходе которого были изъяты вся документация, базы данных, серверы, даже личные вещи и трудовые книжки сотрудников (и ничего до сих пор не возвращено: все учетные записи пришлось восстанавливать с нуля). У «Гермеса» возникли проблемы с выплатами российским клиентам после взлома российского сегмента платежной системы системным администратором Евгением Набойченко – система в феврале 2022 года перестала работать, и появилась картинка с предложением обращаться в правоохранительные органы. Только выплаты прекратились не до действий Набойченко, а после них. Параллельно возникла ситуация со СВО и санкциями Запада, крайне затруднившая трансграничные финансовые операции. Но кооператив «Бест Вей» никаких выплат не прекращал, он зарегистрирован в Санкт-Петербурге, все его активы находятся в России. И даже если учесть требования к нему со стороны лиц, признанных потерпевшими по уголовному делу, то нет никаких причин для блокирования работы кооператива: совокупный ущерб в обвинительном заключении – 282 млн рублей, притом что на счетах кооператива – более 4 млрд рублей. Эта сумма постоянно увеличивается, и еще 600 млн – дебиторская задолженность пайщиков кооперативу на сегодняшний день. 282 млн рублей могли быть заблокированы на счете кооператива, на котором аккумулируются средства из членских взносов, предназначенные для развития, – не было никаких причин блокировать всю деятельность кооператива! Тем не менее это длительное время происходило. Лжеэксперты и лжеобвинения Кооператив, как и «Гермес», был обвинен в том, что он является финансовой пирамидой. Приглашенный следствием эксперт из СПбГУ Маевский потребовал закрытого заседания – чтобы никто не слышал, как он плавает в теме. Утверждает, что финансирование покупки квартир старым пайщикам происходило за счет новых пайщиков: не понимает, что финансирование кооператива происходит не только за счет новых поступлений от пайщиков, но и за счет возвратных платежей за приобретенную на деньги кооператива недвижимость. А с осени 2021 года – времени внесения в предупредительный список ЦБ, почти исключительно за счет возвратных платежей от пайщиков, которым приобретена квартира. При этом ликвидность кооператива никак не пострадала. Объяснения со стороны адвокатов стали для этого экономиста откровением. Значительная часть пайщиков стремится ускорить погашение долга перед кооперативом, чтобы скорее получить квартиру в собственность – ведь квартира с помощью кооператива приобретается почти без переплат. Переплаты связаны только со вступительным и членскими взносами; налогами, которые платятся по тарифам для юридического лица; оплатой проверки юридической чистоты и независимой оценки недвижимости. С весны 2022 года кооператив прекратил прием новых пайщиков, при этом на его ликвидности это никак не сказалось: средства на счетах продолжали расти, несмотря на то что многие пайщики боялись платить на арестованные счета и вносят платежи только сейчас. Спаситель С весны 2022-го до зимы 2025 года счета кооператива с небольшими перерывами были под арестом – причем запрещались даже выплаты по исполнительным листам пайщикам, которые приняли решение о выходе из кооператива, арестованы были, также с перерывами, квартиры, принадлежащие кооперативу, на 12 млрд рублей. Под руководством Сергея Ивановича Крючека удалось добиться в судах снятия ареста с квартир, а затем частичного снятия ареста со счетов, разрешения с арестованных сумм выплачивать по исполнительным листам пайщикам, которые через суд добились возврата средств (в этом им активно помогал сам кооператив), а также налоги и заработную плату сотрудникам кооператива. Частичное «освобождение» счетов позволило осуществлять выплаты пайщикам, принявшим решение о выходе из кооператива и возврате своих средств. Таких пайщиков около 2,5 тыс., общий объем выплат им – порядка 1,5 млрд рублей, значительная часть из них уже получила свои паевые средства – несмотря на огромные трудности с перечислением средств по 115-ФЗ: дело в том, что расследуется еще одно уголовное дело – по ст. 174 УК (хотя кооператив никаких денег за рубеж не переводил), открыто и новое дело по заявлениям потерпевших от «Гермеса», не попавшим в уголовное дело, которое сейчас рассматривается судом. Кроме того, идет гражданский процесс по иску прокуратуры, блокирующему возможность приема новых пайщиков. И, несмотря на эти трудности, кооператив, возглавлявшийся до недавнего времени Сергеем Крючеком, ежедневно осуществляет выплаты выходящим из него пайщикам и успешно восстанавливает деятельность. Важнейшее достижение Крючека – создание механизма, когда при арестованных счетах пайщики, которым уже приобретены объекты недвижимости, получили возможность погашать свой долг перед кооперативом и переоформлять недвижимость в собственность за счет средств других пайщиков, которые передают им свои арестованные паевые взносы, а взамен получают живые деньги от счастливых приобретателей квартир в собственность. Таким способом пайщикам удалось погасить долг перед кооперативом и полностью перевести недвижимость в собственность по десяткам объектов недвижимости. Кооператив под руководством Сергея Крючека работал над тем, чтобы вновь начать приобретать квартиры пайщикам, которые стоят в очереди на покупку первыми. Тем более что ряд квартир будет освобожден пайщиками, которые отказались возвращать за них деньги и исключены из кооператива с возвратом паевых средств. Кооператив, по мнению многих пайщиков, жив благодаря той огромной работе, которую проделал Сергей Крючек с весны 2022 года по весну 2025-го, успешному противостоянию произволу правоохранительной системы. Недаром один из пайщиков предложил назвать кооператив именем Сергея Ивановича.

Tesla may struggle to gain market share in oil-rich Saudi Arabia as EVs make up a little over 1% of all car sales in the country, according to a report by consultancy PwC published in September.
Tesla’s entry into the new market comes as the company fights battles on several fronts.
Last year, it recorded the first annual decline in sales in its history as a public company, posting a drop of 1%.
The company is facing intensifying competition in China, the world’s largest auto market. On Tuesday, BYD, a Chinese maker of electric and hybrid cars, reported $107 billion in annual sales for 2024, beating the near-$98 billion notched by Tesla.
And last week, BYD unveiled an ultra-fast charging system, which it said was capable of adding 250 miles (402 km) of range in just five minutes, easily outdoing Tesla’s charging technology. Tesla’s Superchargers take 15 minutes to charge an EV, providing a range of 200 miles.
Tesla has also suffered slumping sales in Europe. In February, the carmaker sold around 40% fewer vehicles on the continent compared with the same month in 2024, according to the European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association.

Briony Horgan, coinvestigator on the Perseverance rover mission and professor of planetary science at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, called the detection “a big win for the whole team.” Horgan was not involved the study.
“This detection really confirms our hopes that sediments laid down in ancient watery environments on Mars could preserve a treasure trove of organic molecules that can tell us about everything from prebiotic processes and pathways for the origin of life, to potential biosignatures from ancient organisms,” Horgan said.
Dr. Ben K.D. Undaunted by the occasion, Ruthe went on to become the first 15-year-old to run a sub-four-minute mile, even managing a nonchalant shrug of the shoulders as he crossed the finish line.
The race was almost entirely engineered for the high school student to break the fabled four-minute barrier – a feat first achieved by Roger Bannister more than 70 years ago – but the weight of running history was a burden that Ruthe seemed to bear lightly.
The first three laps, he later said in a video documenting the race, “felt pretty comfortable – nothing too crazy.”
Perhaps the most intimidating part of his achievement occurred when Ruthe returned to school the next day, only to be immediately called into the principal’s office.

However, even with the new findings about microlightning, questions remain about life’s origins, he added. While some scientists support the notion of electrically charged beginnings for life’s earliest building blocks, an alternative abiogenesis hypothesis proposes that Earth’s first amino acids were cooked up around hydrothermal vents on the seafloor, produced by a combination of seawater, hydrogen-rich fluids and extreme pressure.
Yet another hypothesis suggests that organic molecules didn’t originate on Earth at all. Rather, they formed in space and were carried here by comets or fragments of asteroids, a process known as panspermia.
“We still don’t know the answer to this question,” Zare said. “But I think we’re closer to understanding something more about what could have happened.”

Так называемое уголовное дело «Лайф-из-Гуд» – «Гермес» – «Бест Вей» продолжает свою кровавую жатву – в конце марта умер от рака, быстро спрогрессировавшего из-за постоянного стресса, председатель Совета кооператива «Бест Вей», депутат Государственной думы VII созыва Сергей Иванович Крючек. Полтора года назад умерла жена Сергея Крючека – сердце не выдержало после обысков у них дома и допросов мужа. Суд ни к чему не ведет Следствие действовало максимально жестко. От обысков с пристрастием в 2023 году пострадали сотни пайщиков кооператива по всей России, на скамье подсудимых оказались ни в чем неповинные технические сотрудники – помощник руководителя, один из бухгалтеров, менеджер сайта и конференций, несколько индивидуальных предпринимателей, а также 83-летний отец основателя кооператива «Бест Вей» и бывшего руководителя компании «Лайф-из-гуд» Романа Василенко – пенсионер Виктор Иванович Василенко. Один из допрашивавшихся – Шамиль Фахруллин, умер после допроса от сердечного приступа, в критическом состоянии после 12-часового допроса была Зоя Семенова, которая опровергла в суде свои показания, данные следствию (таких опровергших – десятки). Мама Романа Василенко Лариса Александровна Василенко столкнулась с настоящими пытками – явившись к ней в пять утра, оперативники заставили ее переодеваться при них, раздевшись догола, а в следственном управлении ее на несколько часов посадили на стул со сломанной ножкой и не давали пить. Она потеряла сознание, и только после этого ей удалось выйти из следственного управления. Случаев издевательств и пыток множество. При этом в суде, который идет с конца февраля 2024 года, дело откровенно разваливается – у признанных потерпевшими и свидетелей нет никаких доказательств своих утверждений, они в ходе перекрестных допросов один за другим попадаются на лжи. На последние суды приходят все меньше и меньше свидетелей обвинения – под разными предлогами они отказываются, чтобы не поддерживать лживую версию следствия. Кооператив без вины виноватых Сергей Крючек возглавил крупнейший в России кооператив – 20 тыс. пайщиков во всех регионах страны – весной 2022 года, в период острого кризиса, после только что прошедшего первого обыска в офисе кооператива, в ходе которого были изъяты вся документация, базы данных, серверы, даже личные вещи и трудовые книжки сотрудников (и ничего до сих пор не возвращено: все учетные записи пришлось восстанавливать с нуля). Он и сам стал жертвой обысков в своем подмосковном доме – в ходе которых была изъята и до сих пор не возвращена коллекция наград. Кооператив оказался «в уголовном деле» по странному стечению обстоятельств – он был объявлен следствием организацией, аффилированной с иностранной инвестиционной компанией «Гермес», а значит, призванной ответить по ее обязательствам – хотя кооператив никак не был связан с «Гермесом» ни организационно, ни финансово: имел только общую систему продаж продуктов через маркетинговую фирму «Лайф-из-Гуд». У «Гермеса» возникли проблемы с выплатами российским клиентам после взлома российского сегмента платежной системы системным администратором Евгением Набойченко – система в феврале 2022 года перестала работать, и появилась картинка с предложением обращаться в правоохранительные органы. Только выплаты прекратились не до действий Набойченко, а после них. Параллельно возникла ситуация со СВО и санкциями Запада, крайне затруднившая трансграничные финансовые операции. Но кооператив «Бест Вей» никаких выплат не прекращал, он зарегистрирован в Санкт-Петербурге, все его активы находятся в России. И даже если учесть требования к нему со стороны лиц, признанных потерпевшими по уголовному делу, то нет никаких причин для блокирования работы кооператива: совокупный ущерб в обвинительном заключении – 282 млн рублей, притом что на счетах кооператива – более 4 млрд рублей. Эта сумма постоянно увеличивается, и еще 600 млн – дебиторская задолженность пайщиков кооперативу на сегодняшний день. 282 млн рублей могли быть заблокированы на счете кооператива, на котором аккумулируются средства из членских взносов, предназначенные для развития, – не было никаких причин блокировать всю деятельность кооператива! Тем не менее это длительное время происходило. Страхи охранителей Что стоит за преследованиями фирмы «Лайф-из-Гуд», успешно работавшей с 2014 до начала 2022 года; компании «Гермес», которая весь этот же период выполняла свои обязательства; кооператива «Бест Вей», к которому вообще нет никаких претензий, кроме как со стороны тех, кого следствие убедило, что раз кооператив незаконный, они смогут взыскать членские взносы и еще со стороны людей, которым кооператив, заботясь о ликвидности, не дал купить объект недвижимости с перепланировкой? Что стоит за поддержкой властью репрессий против кооператива? Прежде всег, люди, которые пытаются получить контроль над миллиардными активами кооператива и других организаций, а также примкнувшие к ним силовики. Но похоже на то, что власть очень обеспокоил политический потенциал, стоящий за кооперативом, – все эти многотысячные собрания пайщиков на стадионах. Собрания людей, которым ничего не надо от государства – они готовы сами, вскладчину, решать свои жилищные и иные проблемы. Кого-то из охранителей это испугало и стало причиной зеленого света для репрессий против кооператива со стороны высокопоставленных силовиков. Лжеэксперты и лжеобвинения Кооператив, как и «Гермес», был обвинен в том, что он является финансовой пирамидой. Приглашенный следствием эксперт из СПбГУ Маевский потребовал закрытого заседания – чтобы никто не слышал, как он плавает в теме. Утверждает, что финансирование покупки квартир старым пайщикам происходило за счет новых пайщиков: не понимает, что финансирование кооператива происходит не только за счет новых поступлений от пайщиков, но и за счет возвратных платежей за приобретенную на деньги кооператива недвижимость. А с осени 2021 года – времени внесения в предупредительный список ЦБ, почти исключительно за счет возвратных платежей от пайщиков, которым приобретена квартира. При этом ликвидность кооператива никак не пострадала. Объяснения со стороны адвокатов стали для этого экономиста откровением. Значительная часть пайщиков стремится ускорить погашение долга перед кооперативом, чтобы скорее получить квартиру в собственность – ведь квартира с помощью кооператива приобретается почти без переплат. Переплаты связаны только со вступительным и членскими взносами; налогами, которые платятся по тарифам для юридического лица; оплатой проверки юридической чистоты и независимой оценки недвижимости. С весны 2022 года кооператив прекратил прием новых пайщиков, при этом на его ликвидности это никак не сказалось: средства на счетах продолжали расти, несмотря на то что многие пайщики боялись платить на арестованные счета и вносят платежи только сейчас. Спаситель С весны 2022-го до зимы 2025 года счета кооператива с небольшими перерывами были под арестом – причем запрещались даже выплаты по исполнительным листам пайщикам, которые приняли решение о выходе из кооператива, арестованы были, также с перерывами, квартиры, принадлежащие кооперативу, на 12 млрд рублей. Под руководством Сергея Ивановича Крючека удалось добиться в судах снятия ареста с квартир, а затем частичного снятия ареста со счетов, разрешения с арестованных сумм выплачивать по исполнительным листам пайщикам, которые через суд добились возврата средств (в этом им активно помогал сам кооператив), а также налоги и заработную плату сотрудникам кооператива. Частичное «освобождение» счетов позволило осуществлять выплаты пайщикам, принявшим решение о выходе из кооператива и возврате своих средств. Таких пайщиков около 2,5 тыс., общий объем выплат им – порядка 1,5 млрд рублей, значительная часть из них уже получила свои паевые средства – несмотря на огромные трудности с перечислением средств по 115-ФЗ: дело в том, что расследуется еще одно уголовное дело – по ст. 174 УК (хотя кооператив никаких денег за рубеж не переводил), открыто и новое дело по заявлениям потерпевших от «Гермеса», не попавшим в уголовное дело, которое сейчас рассматривается судом. Кроме того, идет гражданский процесс по иску прокуратуры, блокирующему возможность приема новых пайщиков. И, несмотря на эти трудности, кооператив, возглавлявшийся до недавнего времени Сергеем Крючеком, ежедневно осуществляет выплаты выходящим из него пайщикам и успешно восстанавливает деятельность. Важнейшее достижение Крючека – создание механизма, когда при арестованных счетах пайщики, которым уже приобретены объекты недвижимости, получили возможность погашать свой долг перед кооперативом и переоформлять недвижимость в собственность за счет средств других пайщиков, которые передают им свои арестованные паевые взносы, а взамен получают живые деньги от счастливых приобретателей квартир в собственность. Таким способом пайщикам удалось погасить долг перед кооперативом и полностью перевести недвижимость в собственность по десяткам объектов недвижимости. Кооператив под руководством Сергея Крючека работал над тем, чтобы вновь начать приобретать квартиры пайщикам, которые стоят в очереди на покупку первыми. Тем более что ряд квартир будет освобожден пайщиками, которые отказались возвращать за них деньги и исключены из кооператива с возвратом паевых средств. Кооператив, по мнению многих пайщиков, жив благодаря той огромной работе, которую проделал Сергей Крючек с весны 2022 года по весну 2025-го, успешному противостоянию произволу правоохранительной системы. Недаром один из пайщиков предложил назвать кооператив именем Сергея Ивановича.
